after being two months behind in my house payments Bank of America turned my mortgage over to " Recontrust" start foreclousure. Bof A letter says they will work withe me. I got a certified leter that looks official. I'm not sur what to do. Do I need a Lawer?

As you are 2 months behind on your payments, the lender has started foreclosure actions against you. You can contact a lawyer to deal with your lender. However, you can do this on your own as well. If you want to save your property from foreclosure, then you can contact your lender and apply for loan modification.

I also have a bank of america loan mortgage that I fell behind on. The key is to keep in touch with them to let them know what is going on. I had a reduction in income/hours and was able to get a loan modification in which I paid one half of my normal mortgage payment for three months to help me get caught up. There are different options. Ask them for help and see what they can offer. Foreclosure wasn't started on me after being 2 months behind but came very close. Good luck!
