OK, need any info that anyone has on this company. Already looked at the BBB site and they have been registered since 1994 and have not had any complaints in 36 months. Reason asking considering trying to refinance the house through them. Said they may be able to help us, so wanting to know if anyone has dealt with them or what anyone may know about them. They said they have a "new program" that may be able to help us out. Advice please!!!!

I have no experience with them,but advise you to be very careful and read everything before sogning it.The high risk mortgage market is in full meltdown right now.You can also contact the attorney general in the state where their home office is in to get a take on their record.
