her name was removed from the bank deed. my name was not on any credit cards. my name is the only one as the owner of the house.
A creditor cannot put a lien on the property without a judgment.
A creditor cannot put a lien on the property without a judgment. Now, if the judgment is for credit cards, which you do not owe, they cannot put a lien on the property which is your name only. Can you tell me whether her name has been removed from the deed before the judgment?
