I have never heard of them but it seems that others have. That seems like a really low price, almost too low. I charge $1,495 and have very slim margins. I don't know how they make any money at that rate. Be careful!

I enrolled with elite financial options for a loan modification. I ortherise them to take $495 from my bank for enrollment fee. but they take $995.. when I call them about it they told me it was a misunderstanding, that thy would mail back the $495, but I have a bad fealing I will not get my mony back. what to do? that money would have hepled my catch up with some of my mortgage

Elite Financial charged me 995 on my loan modification. I was 5 months behind and had a 7 percent interest rate. in a little over a month my modification was complete. My interest rate was reduced to 4% and the months i was behind were rolled back into the load and i am now current. They did a great job. bless their souls

my home was going to be foreclosed i had no where to go, no money, and my children could barely eat. Then on one blessed morning a representitive from elite financial options called me and saved my life. I was a little nervous at first but it was my last option. The manager over there made me feel so good. So i took a shot. Little did i know that shot would change my life forever. I kept my home, i can afford it now. If i would have known this outcome i would have paid elite financial triple what i paid. They are my saviors. Anyone who needs a modification done i would strongly reccomend elite financial options.
