Hi! I am planning ti take out a mortgage loan in February 2011. I had sold my home (which was under Chapter 13 bankruptcy) in 2006. I have repaid all my loans except for a auto loan. Will I be able to qualify for a FHA mortgage?

As per the FHA guidelines,

A borrower paying off debts under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Act may qualify if one year of the pay-out period has elapsed and performance has been satisfactory. The borrower must also receive court approval to enter into the mortgage transaction.

The best thing for you will be to get a credit check done and then apply for the loan.
