Many dental offices do in-house financing..we paid for our daughters braces in payments directly to the dental office (what our insurance didnt cover), with a down payment.
If you have a dental office in mind, contact them to ask about payment terms.

If you're not set on going to a certain dentist, if you have a dental school nearby, I know they provide services, usually at a very big discount.
Other than I'm not sure about financing options, but if you call around to enough offices, I'm sure you'll find one willing to work with you on payment options. Good luck!

I have a friend that is a dentist and they go through a finance company for their patients, unfortunately they do not take payments which I don't agree with but that's none of my business.

There is a company that does loans for this. But it is through gemoney and you have to have almost perfect credit to be approved. Sorry. Other than that, is there a way that you can get a little done at a time? So that way it is not a huge amount. But check out the above suggestions, then if you really have to take out a loan I would try you nearest credit union.

Hello try dentalplans.com. It's a discount plan inwhich I think is great when you don't have insurance or good credit. ex. A root canal normally cost you 800 and up but with dentalplans it shows you would pay around 400. I don't have them myself but if I was in your situation I would. Good Luck!!

Go across to Mexico. I have heard of many people in southern california that make the trip across the border to have all sorts of dental work done. Most of the dentists graduated from US schools anyways, at least from what friends have told me.

Yes, their is a new company called MoneyLink Funding who works with dentists, orthodontists and chiropractors. moneylinkfunding.webs.com. Have your doctor contact them if they are not set up. Need to have a 650 credit score at least. Bankruptcies, divorces, etc. Good luck.
go mexico
I went to Mexico and was treated there and the cost was very low compared to here in Texas.
They asked me here, $ 8500 for the treatment of worn teeth.
While in Mexico, and a specialized hospital with full my journey my costs amounted to $ 3400.
Here they are thieves and private insurance companies and dental clinics.
My advice to you go to Mexico

I'm in the same boat. Thanks to an ex-husband who took out lines of credit in my name and tried to fool the IRS with inaccurate tax returns unbeknownst to me and utterly trashed my credit. I gross over $100,000/yr and STILL can't find anyone to finance me.
If you find a solution, please share. I'd like to find one while I maybe still have some teeth left.
