When I am applying for a loan, how will I know whether or not a lender is charging more? Is there any authority who can regulate the interest charged on a loan?


FTC asks borrowers to shop, compare, negotiate; even if you've got credit problems. You can use one of the online mortgage loan comparison calculators to choose your option.
