I have a odd question...me and my ex-husband signed a mortgage loan on a house 10years ago...me and he's name is still on the deed,we got a divorce 9years ago ,but in the divorce it didn't state who the house got granted to .I lived there during the last 7 years but the past 2 years I didn't live there due to I was in jail for those 2 years.So when I was released my ex-husband didn't allow me back into the house and also has a no tresspassing warning for me not to come onto the property.Now I have a no tresspassing warrent out for me because I did come back to the property due to because my son is housed there..Is there any way I can get that charged dropped because I am on the deed.What are my legal rights on the house even though I haven't maked payements nor lived there the last two years , However my ex-husband has been making the payements on the house , but does that matter?
