Does anyone has the address and phone/fax # for big-nit.com? Any info would be helpful. They are mocking and threatening a co-worker of mine. She keeps trying to get a statement from them and they told her it was against company policy. The things Big-int.com say truly make me laugh!!!

Thanks in advance

I am looking for Big-int.com address info. Isn't your friend having any contract papers from them? The company address should be mentioned in it. It's very strange when some company gives loans without any documentation and not willing to give the statements when requested. Be careful because Big-int.com might be trying to scam your friend and steal her money.

I have the same problem.I have called 877-282-5450 and tried to get the mailing address and told that I have to submit a written req to get that info and if it was approved then I waould rec'v something in mail. In fact I told the rep that I was trying to file a complaint and he laughed and said that they were smarter than me. I never rec'vd a contract and I never rec'vd any written documentation and have paid $355 for a $200 loan. I was told by a rep of Big-int.com that bal was 270 and if I paid 200 on feb 8 that they would close my acct. I spoke with them last night and infromed a supervisor of the converstion I had with the rep and gave the name of rep I spoke with, he told me that he would pull the recording and call me back. He aslo stated if the rep didn't say that he was going to double my bal. Guess what I haven't heard back from him. Know I have some calling saying that it will be reported to fraud dept. Any advise would help. Thanks

All loan companies are governed by the state laws and according to the TILA. Big-int.com must be licensed with your state Dept of Financial Institutions if they are having a legitimate business. You should file a complaint with your state AG if you have found out their business to be illegal and not issuing a contract while taking a loan. Big-int.com must be investigated. For now, you should go to your bank and tell the manager about the unauthorized debits from this company. They should be able to block them.

Wow - talk about your unsecured websites:

big-int.com/index.html

That is pathetic. They have you enter in white characters thinking it's secure. It's not. There is no data encryption!

I notice they are foreign when I call, sounds very UK. I highly doubt if Big-int.com is licensed to loan here. Close that checking account and open a new one to stop any debits. That will get them a little more co-operative to give out information. Threats of jail, court, fraud.....all empty statements and standard actions by illegal creditors.

I have had the same problem with an employee that took out a loan with these guys. Big-int.com call my company more than 20 time a day harrassing several of my employees for weeks on end. I called the police and filed a complaint.

If you are looking for Big-int.com, they a shielded by a company in Reno, Nevada called Corporate Office Services. Their phone number is 888-281-5321 or 775-324-7676. Their address is 1005 Terminal Way, Suite 110, Reno, Nevada 89502.

Big-int.com has done its best to hide themselves from the public.

If anyone need more information, post here. these folks are dangerous and I need to protect my company from their behavior.

Big-INT is the same company as Route 66 Funding. They are located in north London and I believe their parent company is called Rovinge & Meade, or some variation thereof (they are incorporated under three different versions of the name -- Rovinge & Meade PLC, Rovinge Capital Assets Limited, and Rovinge International PLC). You can access the website of a London-based graphic designer who designs websites for them -- do a Google search under "Krzysztof Kujawski." Apparently, their address at Northway House, 1379 High Road, LONDON. N20 9LP is an office building owned by them, as the same guy who designed their corporate pages also designed a page for Northway House. I took out a loan with them and realized almost immediately that they were illegal, and I've been basically taunting them ever since.

Whatever you do, don't pay them a dime. Big-int.com are not legally allowed to practice in the US and they thus have no legal recourse if you change your bank account # and refuse to pay them. I spoke to one of their operators and told him this, and he became flustered and started stuttering and referred me to his supervisor. I told the supervisor that I knew they were illegal and thus any company policies they were spouting off were BS. I told him that I wasn't gonna pay them anything and laughed at him as he tried to threaten me. He became so enraged that I thought he was gonna have a coronary.

I am having the same problem with them. They call me numerous times a day and have even talked with my supervisor and he asked them not call anymore. They still do. I thought I had stopped them from taking money out of my account, but they ran through an electronic check which I don't really understand that and my bank let it go through. My bank said if I close my account and they still try to take money out, I will be charged a return fee. I told them to just return the charges from now on, I would rathter pay the return fee than pay them. So, no matter what they are costing me money.

I am sorry, but what crappy bank are you with? That is unfair and a load of crap. With that logic, you could close a bank account and 5 years later, someone could attempt to debit the account and you would be charged a fee. Have you spoken with a bank manager? I wonder if that is even legal for your bank to do.

Anybody here have any ideas?

Well it depends on who you bank with, I wont mention my banks name because they are a fairly big bank but needless to say...when this whole mess went down with me, they refused to help, would not close my accuont and let it get overdrafter by 2 grand before they finally closed it....They refuse to reimburse me any money even after showing them letters from January revoking ACH authorization stating that its my problem not theirs and they need their money...When it comes down to it..all banks want is your money all else be damned.. THis bank also told me that the only way I could get my husband off the accuont(after i added him on to my original account and he started stealing all the money putting me in this situation to begin with) was if I had a death certificate...so its all about COrporate America

The only advice I can give you is to fight it, It got to the point with P*C, opps, that I just let them keep overdrafting me until they finally closed it. It sucks but there was nothing else I could do...As for the PDLs, know your laws and stick to your guns and FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!

I just talked with BIG INT and tried to ask them about my loan. I have had a loan for $200 since January 12. I have paid a total of $395 in processing fees. They will not work with me. Any suggestions? I am trying to get this paid off, but can't pay the full $245 right away.

What state are you in? BIG is part of GFSIL(same company) Legally, you have paid this loan off! File a complaint with your AG and the FTC. Ignore their calls. Notify your employer of any fraudulant attempts to take your paycheck telling them that unless they have papers from a court and signed by a judge it is a fraudulant attempt and is not to be honored.

Also, close ur bank account and open a new one...They have a thousand DBA's and they will just continue to use other DBA's to get your money! Fight them full force! Do not take any of their stuff! They are not liscensed in the US and the office they have in the US is a shell company...it does not exist!

I am from ND. I am in so deep with payday loans I don't even know where to start. My family is going to help me out, but I dont' want them to have to pay everyone if I have already paid them off in processing fees. Is this legal?

I was given the following address

1005 Terminal Way Suite 110 Reno NV 89502.

Not sure if it is correct. But it will suffice for my clients bankruptcy petition.

Sadly, this is a shell address..There is no one there at this address. This is also called GFSIL and they are located in the UK...and they are going to claim that they are exempt from bankruptcy because they are not in the US and do not have to abide by us law. My recommendation is to use that address, but also to have your client file a complaint with their AG regarding this company!

Just got off the phone with these people, and it doesn't sound like I did the right thing. Tried calling co. back, and they said they had a binding contract. I was unable to get out of the verbal contract.

MJK-how much did you borrow and how much have you paid them? They are going to tell you all kinds of lies, I have dealt with GFSIL which is the same company....They are not legally liscensed to lend in the US and therefore have no grounds to hold you to a contract....If you have already paid them back the principle loan amount plus the legal interest...Be done with them. File a complaint with the FTC and your AG.

Even though they are in the UK, when they loan in a US state they MUST be registered with the State Dept. of Corporations to be legal, and they ARE subject to the lending laws of the state in which you, the client, are located. They are not necessarily subject to federal law regarding collection practices, because federal law only applies to debt collectors acting on behalf of the original company AFTER the account has been sent to collection.

So no matter what, if BIG-INT not registered in your state, they are illegal, meaning that if they try to file a lawsuit against you they would risk dismantling their business altogether, once they are investigated and found to be loaning in a state in which they are not licensed.

I recently took a $200 loan with BIG that is coming due. I tried calling them to verify what has been commented and received the message to leave my info and they would call me back. I get an email payment reminder everyday to pay the $80 fee. I have not done this and won't. I am closing my checking account in regards to all the information I have read from everyone. Any thoughts?

I dont know what banks you two used but Bank of America is bound by law and when it happened to me they refunded two months of fees, reversed the charges, blocked the company from my account then recommended that I close that account.

I closed my checking account one day before they attempted to withdraw $80. I received one email telling me that my checking must have a mistake because they received notice that it was closed. There was an option on the reminder emails that would allow me to change my phone numbers. I changed them to unknowns. I have not received any phone calls at work or here at home. I work for a law firm, so maybe they are afraid to call me there, knowing they are not legally allowed to loan in the U.S. I had also done some homework and called Missouri's AG's office and they told me they are not on the "approved list". I also called Nevada's AG's office and found out they are not on their "approved list" either. Good luck to everyone. I am done using payday loans!

I recently got a loan from these people and they are deducting my account using a different name called Rovinge. I googled it and low and behold I came to this forum again after researching Cash Today. I have never received reminder emails and was wondering how I can change my phone number with them because I do not want to be called at work after i call my bank and stop future deductions from them.

somebody will come along and delete your number, you should not post your number on a forum for your own safety.

You need to close your account and open a new one. And you need to file a complaint with your Attorney General's office. This company will threaten you with arrest. Which trust me, this won't happen, it is just a scare tactic into scaring you out of more money. Since you have been paying on this loan for long time, you have more than likely paid the principal and legal interest rate back by all of the illegal roll over charges. Just know that they can not have you arrested, even though they may threaten this action. IT WILL NOT HAPPEN.

wow, my sister is in the process of doing a loan but they are stalling trying to get every single piece of info they can get and my sister is so desperate, she is going along with it. i knew this stuff was a little weird, but after reading everyone's post, i feel like calling them and pretending to be our AG or someone in the BBB or FTC. these people are insane and if using lies and deceit is their way of doing things, i don't mind stooping to their level. yes i want my sister to get her money, but i don't want them to screw her over. how can they get away with it? the UK isn't crazy like this. we don't screw over their people in business. why aren't they looking into this corrupted company?

I just recieved a loan from them a few days ago. I called them back to say, I have not gotten copy of loan agreement that I must sign before loan can be processes. They indicated, I would recieve it. I still haven't. What should I do. You are right, they are very rude indeed.
