loan trap !!!

Hey! I just came across this site i think it's a great help for people like me. I had a taken a few loans earlier, confident that i will be able to pay them back on time. As luck would have it, i lost my job, and a stupid that i was, took another couple of loans to repay the earlier debts. Likewise i fell into a trap and presently i am neck deep in loans. I don't know how i am going to pull it off as though i have started earning again, little remains after tax deductions, rents, bills etc and i also have a family to support. I do not want to file for bankruptcy as i came to know it's going to be there in my credit report for another seven years. Do i have any other options?

Welcome! I am assuming you are talking about Pay Day Loans? You didn't mention the state you are in or who the loans are with, so I can't really give much advice on that.
If you register, someone will contact you and discuss options you may have concerning your debt. There are some companies that will do pdls in consolidation.
I would find out if you have paid or overpaid them, and if they are legal first..Good Luck..Karen
