Their is a $75.00 processing fee that has to be sent in before the loan is processed. Everytime I call it goes straight to the voicemail of the manager and he calls me back. He stated that he would try to get the money to me before Christmas. I asked was the loan approved and he said yes.

If I were you, I will not send the money. This may be a small amount, but you don't want to lose in they are trying to steal it.

Is this processing fee mentioned in the contract? It can be sent later also after getting the loan. The contract is bonded, so your payments will also be mentioned in it.

You should never have to pay up front money to get money. Have them take it out of the loan..
A real loan company would not charge.. Even the rotten PDL's do not charge you money to get money and as we know they are the worse...

The fee is mentioned in the contract and it states that if I cancel within 5 days I will get it back. I am scared this may be a scam and do not want to loose any money. The contract is from ICS, not the bank. He said the bank would call me and send the papers for me to sign and mail the check to me.

Your choice But a Good Rule is dont pay for money.. WHY would you.. they would take it out of the loan.. Check out Prosper loan on the internet,, just as a example they take 1% of the loan when funded not up front.. I would be leary.. but you are an adult so you need to make the call...

Any loan the requires a fee and that you cannot get in touch with a human would put red flags up for me, I would avoid at all costs, i would check out the prosper site if i was you google the words prosper p2p lending
