Will this help lower my mortgage payments. Currently they are very high and the Mortgage company will not work with me. Looking at all my monthly pay outs I will not be able to make a go with this high of a payment. I cant live paying 5000.00 a month. they knew I could not make it when it was 4,000. for I was short paying it is almost like theywant me to file.
