my loan has been modified with in short period of time marc tow helped me a lot to grant it without much things to do.

We are in our 5th month of trying to get our loan modified. we haven't heard anything from the rep that is handling our case and when we call at times I think we are getting the run around we get I will talk with the our lawyer and see where we are and get back to you. surpise no return call. now we are at the point were there is no way we can catch-up and our lender will not work with us they just want there money even when we say we are trying not to file a BK. so we have decided that we can no longer afford the house and letting it go back to the lender.
