Who has been approved for loan mod? Curios to know..

I wouldn't mind hearing if anyone out there has had any luck getting approved myself.

i do not own a home but i work in foreclosures and have seen many people get approved for loan mods.
i do not have any more details but i know it does and can happen.. good luck :)

I was approved. Started the process last September with Citi. It was approved in January of this year. Started making new payment February 1st.

i think a lot more people are getting approved. these days the bank does not want anymore homes..
i hope a lot more people get help getting on their feet.

Are you seeing HAMP mods being approved or more of the traditional modifications thru the borrowers lender?

I apply in october 2009 was turn down, due to them ask for income of both parties and other debt due. found that they was not using other debt for your 31% rate to help you. only your income from both spouse, they don't care about debt you owe. after my jwife job cut back they approved us for trial period, now, here is april now i was turn down due to not sent in all the paper work. But, no representative assign, no one contact me about paper work. but when i contact them want me sent in a letter ask to reconsider my docment. i don't thank modifcation help anyone, but one thing they are do is put you behind note so no one else will finance you because you behind in note.
