It is safer to do a loan modification than it is to lose your home.

Work through a 3rd party, not your lender. Do some research on the company. There are several mentioned on ripoff report. Do not use them.

There are great options for people looking to modify a bad loan (fyi, interest only and ARMs are bad loans), an upside down house, or high interest rates.

Take Advantage before new guidelines make it even harder to do anything at your home.

I have my loan modification is on process now under the assistance of Marc Tow when the result is great then loan modification is safe and best option and likewise I will tell to my friends and relatives. I will probably say good words about my loan modified by Marc Tow.
