He told me that he could do the same thing with my credit cards. He said that the banks sold all the credit card accounts the same way they sold all the mortgage notes on the bond market.
I am considering letting him handle my credit card debt as well. I pay $549 per month for the mortgage validation and there is no extra charge for the credit card validation.
Has anyone tried debt validation? The attorney has been in practice for 15 years with no disciplinary history.

You can do DV yourself for about $5 in postage per creditor. So if he's charging you $549/month, he is not doing you any favors!
