APR on 6 credit cards went up from 10 % to 29.9 for 7 day late payment

I have about 45K in depts and was paying about $900 a month. I had been transferde from my job to another state, rented the house, but they just moved out without notice. I payed the mortgage from the house plus the rent from the house I currently living at. Could pay all credit cards the first week and imediately they raise me to 29.9 I called and tried to explain and that I have never been late to see if the would lower my APR because the monthly payment went from 900 to 1700 for being one week late. I stopped paying myseld because it is imposible to pay what they want and I'm starting to save on the side to figure out what to do. So, I'm paying Mortgage and rent at the same time and its killing me. I tried calling some dept agencies and all they ask is for fees with some promises. I dont know who to go to. Any suggestions :?:

I really dont want a new tenant in because I am not around the location for any issues that would happen then deal with them. Yes did charge a security deposit but I had to pay 2 months mortgage plus repair the damage which was not even half the money. I have it for sale on the market for the pass 2 months and nothing is happenning. If no sell in the next 4 months then I will have to rent again.
What I really want is to get out of depts!
