With the current situation with what has happened with the banks and all the problems, I am sure it will be harder to get a loan with bad credit. Banks and mortgage companies are going to be very careful in giving loans.

Aren't these builders desperate to get rid of these homes? I would think during this recession that they would loosen up a bit just to get these homes sold?
