I am willing to pay the "vig" as it were and will not need a roll-over. Cash Call said no? to me..

How much are you trying to borrow? I don't know what your situation is, but if it is at all possible for you to borrow from family, friends, even your 401K or something similar, I would always do that before borrowing from scummy loan companies such as Cash Call or doing a title loan.
If the above suggestions are not an option for you, the only other suggestion I have is a payday loan, but again, I loathe payday lenders. I, myself, got caught up with them when I needed money, and it has taken me almost a year to clean up that mess.

I know you are in a pinch but Cash Call actually did you a favor in turning you down. They charge an ungodly amount of interest on a very small loan. You would pay them a lot more than you borrowed and end up much worse off. I would do what Tiffany said and try to borrow from family, friends, etc before considering a payday loan or other high interest loan.

Please stay away from payday loans and cash call. To be honest, they will only make your situation worse. Do look for other avenues, like what was mentioned. These places will start a vicious circle that is hard to break....trust us....many of us have been there and still are. Hope you can get what you need somewhere, other than these places.
