Has anyone ever heard of B.I.G Loans or B.I.G-int payday loans???? they contacted me offering a loan. It seems lioke these days you cant just find a pay day loan lender, you have to go through a site that sends your infor to multiple lenders. Anyway, when they called my job to verify employment and i guess offer the loan i told them they had the wrong number and no one by MY NAME worked here. Does anyone know of this company?

Beware, companies will send offers like these because of the holidays. I have no idea about this company but I know that the number of scams go up during holidays. You did the right thing by speaking with them straight and not interested in the loan. However, since you are not sure how they got you and unfortunately, if your info is shared, keep monitoring your checking account regularly. You will immediately find out a suspicious transaction taking place.

Your bank should not allow any debit unless you have authorized the company. There has to be a contract in writing. When you see something suspicious in your account, contact your bank and find out the details. They can dispute the charges and get your money back. However, if you let them know in advance, a particular company can be blocked in advance and there won't be any debits from them, even by using different amounts.

Thanks, Thats what i thought...it would be illigal to just go in without a written or verbal recordiong allowing a debit, thus, they would have to deposit first then start debiting finance charges i would assume. All the same, thanks for the heads up..so far they havent called back and i doubt they will.

I know the post that I'm looking at are old. I am putting this just incase someone comes accross this regarding info on B.I.G OR B.I.G-INT, CASHTODAY, ETC,ETC,
B.I.G. OVER CHARGES PEOPLE. Don't get a loan with them. Do your homework first. Go to the BBB, or just google them. They are under another company, who seems to have a ton of payday loan companies. Cash Today is one of them, along with Route66Funding. Back to B.I.G. they are in England. They are very rude. It will take too long to explain even a little bit of the horror stories I have read about this company. Recently my state AG's office emailed me and told me that AZ's AG's office currently has a lawsuit against them. DON'T GET A LOAN WITH THEM. They harassed me at work about getting a loan with them. I told them no and not to call me. Before I could get the rest of my sentence out. They hung up and continued to call several times a week until I got a loan with them. Which I wish I didn't. I could just kick myself for it. A coworker pretended to be a supervisor and told them I no longer work there. I haven't heard from them since. To who ever reads this. If you haven't got a loan with them...DON'T. If you did and are having troble with them...good luck. If you did and have not had troble with them...good for you...your lucky.

I have used this company many times. I have never had a problem with them. They have one of the lowest interests rates and I have always gotten the money the very next day.

i used this company. The took so much money out of my account without permission. They still try and take money out of a closed account. The called my employer until I got laid off, and keep calling my cell number. I have gotten to the point I have told them several times, this is not her number to stop calling. I could kick my own butt for getting into this mess. I am soooo sorry that I did. If you dont have a loan with them... PLEASE DO NOT!!!!

Yes, I have heard of them. Infact I did do a loan with them. And received my money within two days. Plus I end up paying them back. Only difference with them, their a high interest the the other payday loans and their like a last resort when others turn you down. Thanks!
