Scams!

Well no wonder I couldn't find it, it's dated October 2005.
I'm saying we need to make this a sticky, and I'm sure there are more companies on that list to add.
Also, some generalized information on these type of scams.

You have a wonderful idea. The sticky will alert the people about the possible scams around. You have the moderating rights for ???????Getting a loan??????? Please feel free to start a sticky and post the companies scamming people.

Good idea! If a sticky like this is put here, it will definitely get maximum focus. erzeke1, if you feel like, pick up the companies from twokids thread because she has put the names after revising the activities of the companies thoroughly. And you can add on the new ones in the sticky.

I just want to make sure that these companies are either obsolete, or have allocated other dba's.

Erzeke-what a great idea! If we can do anything to educate people about these predators,we need too. Tha's what I love about this site-it is very educational in regards to debt practices,getting out of debt,and becoming aware of our rights as consumers.I can't moderate in that forum,but if there's anything I can do to help,let me know :D ...
