Personal loans?

Are there any banks that offer modest personal loans? I am interested in a couple of thousand to help with a security deposit for an apt as well as to help void some debt. I have a co-signer if needed
You should be talking to the bank where you currently bank...or
You should be talking to the bank where you currently bank...or where you cosignor banks. Always look local if you can.
