Has anyone actually ever done business with Topdot Mortgage Bank? I saw there ad on TV and I want to call them to refinance my home. I need to lower my current interest rate.

Before going for Topdot Mortgage Bank, do a bit research on it. I have heard that they advertise the rates to be at 5%, but what they don't advertise is that, in addition to this interest rate, they charge a high application fee, doc prep fee, credit report fee and many other fees.
