unauthorized debits

i am getting debits every 2 weeks for 45.00 each from a place that shows as NLS COLLECTION 12/DEBITS, does anyone know who this may be, my bank cant find any trace number for them or anything, and it is causing my account to get fees and go negative they have already taken 225.00 total from my acct. any help would be greatly appreciated
