I applied for a loan through Kijjiji, I received many replies. I had a family emergency 3 weeks ago and I needed a loan of $5,000 this company westernsideloans that is based in London England said they approved my loan and if I sent $374.00 US I would receive my loan in 10 mins. I sent the money and after 10 mins got another email asking for an additional $410.00 canadian as I am in Canada. I refused to send it and reported it to the police and western union because they said it was a fraud,and boy did I learn my lesson

I am so sorry you were taken. A hard lesson learned...recently, this board has received questions from people asking if x company was legit...just know, if you have to pay up front, it is not legit...stay away.
