did you notice that they say they've been around for 14 years, but were registered in april of last year? i wouldn't trust this. it smells of a scam

You could have used a quitclaim deed in order to transfer the timeshare. A real estate attorney would have helped you in drafting the deed and transferring the property to the concerned person.

lost quite a bit myself. Definitely not what it seems to be. I'm thinking there is top dollar paid to remove statements like these because there were none when I researched it.
BEWARE. Foreclosure is going to happen - and you have to pay another of the 'companies' to fix the credit damage. Get the idea?

you used Wilshire and it didn't work? My understanding was that they do a deed in lieu and try to help a short sale.
