Why is everyone getting help but me?

I dont understand! I did my homework and gave ALL the info that was asked of me, and yet the ONLY reply I got was a 'HANG TIGHT' days and days ago.

I feel like the people who didnt read the rules about what info to provide here and just posted their story (with no specifics like they are supposed to) get more help!


Im not trying to complain or anything. I just REALLY wanna know my next step.
