Need a good video camcorder for community videos - Help plz

I don't know which camcorder will be good for our community members so that we can create good educational videos for different sections (like kids, bankruptcy, settlement procedure and so on).

I looked at http://www.amazon.com/review/product/B000ONFQ2K/ref=cm_cr_pr_redirect#customerReviews but I am not sure if that is good. Web offers a lot of stuffs, I wish I had time to visit some of these shops and try it myself.

Need you help in deciding one.
