I had another call from HSBC the other day and after explaining I am in consolidation, blah, blah, blah---the representative said "Well it is US you owe the money to, not your consolidation company!" Do they think I am unaware of this obvious FACT? Why does someone collecting money always act like it gives them power to try and intimidate the person or pretend that they know something you don't?

Thank you--I am usually really good at expressing myself, but this time they caught me off guard. Do you think if I just answered the phone and told them "Lorri has died please don't call here anymore" (just kidding---I have a twisted sense of humor) they would stop calling? Of course I realize they would find out the true very shortly!
