The company basically is a collection agency.The company is a privately owned company founded in 1938 is a nationwide provider of accounts,receivable management services.IC system performs collections for clients in numerous industries including healthcare,retail,education,government,telecommunication,commercial utility and financial services.

A company with no feeling or compassion. I had a car accident and lost my job and went ten months without any disability income coming in. Recently I paid off two debts with them to get them off my credit report and they refuse to take them off. In fact, I received a snippy letter from them. Here I try to do the right thing and they throw it back in my face. They tell me the debt will stay on my credit report for seven years even though it is now paid!!!!!!!!!!!! This company has no compassion for disabled people or people who run into unexpected problems such as a loss of income or job.
