Hey Steelers, once you get refunded let me know...if i get my check first i will do the same. I am glad you were able to get your refund, they know they are scamming people, i am sure this is why they are so quick to issue a refund.

When were you debited and how many times?

I was debited over a month ago, I haven't taken out an ipdl in a LONG time, so I'm not sure how or why they did this. I was debited one time for $49.99! And on my bank statement it said Secret Cash Card, and I have spent time trying to locate them, I found a website but had no luck in finding out how to get my money back. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I am shocked at how quickly the refund was issued! :shock: In the message on my refund ticket it stated that if I ever needed their service in the future to contact them. I DO NOT THINK SO! Why would I need to conceal what I buy? Which from what I've learned about this company, only people who have secrets would want this service, and I bet the secrets are criminal!

Steelers, i contacted the BBB, Left Threatening Messages on their website (repeatedly) also threatened to take Legal Action. Emailed them my case number from the BBB as well as my complaint number with the AG of my state and theirs......They debited me yesterday and i was NOT having it. $50.00 is allot to someone who is on a struggle.....

Just like i did with GSFIL....They called me threatening me and in return i started calling them Threatening them....One of us had to give up, it just wasnt me.....If these kind of scammers want a fight, you give em one.

I couldn't find anything on their website other than general info. I don't know why, maybe I was just to mad and the contact info. was staring me right in the face. I wish I had! It caused me to have 1 NSF charge! :twisted: I think I will go ahead and file a complaint with the BBB (the more the merrier!) and with my AG's office. I will wait until I get my refund check so I can copy it and attatch it along with my e-mails from them to the complaints.

If they have dissabled the website for refunds, go to www.bbb.org, search secret cash card, file a claim, you can view other claims to see their response. That is another way to get your cash back, may take longer but it is an alternative since bbb will act as a middle man.

Did any of you get a refund check yet? I went ahead and went to the refund site to request it... thank you for that by the way... but I want revenge, I want them to pay for the inconvenience and nasty nature of this! I filed a complaint with the BBB too and am looking into a class action lawsuit. I found a whole bunch of other victims at ripoffreport.com. Go there and post your experience with them.

Thank you all so very, very much...I still do not have a reply from Secret Cash, but, I am most thankful to be able to speak with someone about this matter and receive excellent advice and guidance. I really appreciate that each of you has responded.

I received my refund check within the 10 days (10 days exactly) when they said I would get it, and the check was good and cleared.

What Payday sites did you any of you apply for to get your loan? I would like to see where the cross offer is for the Secret Cash Card.

I was in my pdl mess a few months ago and then one day last month this company debited my NEW account which none of the pdls had info on. Go figure how they did this. :twisted:

I NEVER received a CONFIRMATION from these people or any other type of response. But, as I said, I did finally receive my refund...apparently, they did receive my MULTIPLE requests. Thank you all so very much for your help and advice and I pray that you all receive your refunds also.

You can also ask your bank to file a dispute with the company. They will verify it and get your money back.

Secret cash card took $49.95 out of my account can't gt through to the 1-800 # and the 401-228-9232 # keeps saying they are just an answering service and can't help me. I've been given 2 websites to get a refund, emailed them today and have yet to hear. I am worried more will be taken out of my acct. and other rip off artists have my info. I had the same problem, I applied for a cash advance and all of a sudden 49.95 was taken out of my account. I looked it up and called the company, I don't remember the number but i've seen it previously posted on here (on page 1). Call them because I called them and bitched that I did not approve that, he sent me to a refund department and the check was in my mailbox a few days later. Just make sure to stand your ground and let them know that you did not knowingly approve of this debit. They will try and tell you that you clicked the box and approved it but it must have been in the fine print because I do not remember doing it either. Be strong and get your refund.

I've been looking it up but to no avail. I can't find a number just that same refund site. What I would do is email that site, and ask for a number.
