Unauthorized debits from secret cash card services

Hi Susan, Welcome to the forums :D If you do a google search on this site of "secret cash card," you will find other posts on this topic.

This same thing happened to me. I was able to contact them, there is a thread here with the web address to request a refund. My refund was approved the same day I requested it, I should have it by Monday according to Secret Cash Card.

Please advise me as to how to retrieve funds that have been debited from my checking by Secret Cash Card Service. All my attempts to contact them via email have failed. Thank you so much.

The website is **website deleted per forum rules** send them an email and they will respond. Everything went really smooth for me. Good luck!

I deleted the above website per forum rules and also when it is pulled my personal info. is displayed, I pm'd that link to somebody and requested my pesonal info. be taken out when they reached the link. Sorry if this offends anybody, I just do not want my full name and other info. on the net.

I'm sure they won't be offended Steelers but I do not understand how that link (the one deleted) was any different than the one I posted in my quote. As far as I know, it still works.

When I clicked on the link my personal info showed up. It was one I cut and pasted from my page to a pm. So whenever you click on it, my info. will show up.

Ok I got ya! Well the link I posted didn't do that for me and I checked it yesterday and it was still working so I don't know why millette is unable to use it.

i need a website to get my refund back i've done went to the secretcashcardservice.com/cgi-bin/refund.cgi and they still have not responded to me and that was like a week ago and i done another one to day and they have tried twice to get money out of my account and now im being charged two overdraft fees

Go directly to your bank and tell them that these are unauthorized debits and fill out the appropriate paper work to get your money back....

it took me several hours to get thru to the company itself. i went directly thru my bank (citibank) and was issued a credit within a week. it happened twice.. so i closed that account and opened a new one after the credits hit. they will charge u whatever they feel like... on random days. forget the company and go right to ur bank. u never signed anything, its not ur responsibility!
