No, it wasn't this website. The posters in this forum discuss debt, payday loans, debt collectors, credit, etc... You did a search for a company name, and this site came up because there are hundreds of posts about whatever company you are looking for. If you tell us more about your problem, maybe we can help. If not, oh well, it's your money.

Check the "Secret Cash Card - final word" thread for a link to the refund site you need to access. We can't do anything to help you.

I have a feeling that they come here, post their "request" and assume they've contacted the company and will get their refund. I wonder how long some of them have waited for it to happen . . . . .
