And nobody here took the money from your account. This is a debt forum, so this site is not responsible for taking your money. I suggest you dispute the charge with your bank to get the money put back into your account. And get the contact information from the bank to contact this company. Again, nobody from this site took money from your account.

If you check your bank account on line, there should be a phone
If you check your bank account on line, there should be a phone number next to the ACH entry debiting your account. I would call it.

I can assure you this website is in no way responsible for money being taken out of your account. Have you gone into the bank to talk to someone in person? I'm sure they can help you figure out what's going on there. If you have to fill out a form, I'm sure you can do it at a branch.

I believe this has happened to quite a few people lately. I just got off the phone with a friend who was telling me that 49.95 was withdrawn from her bank account by an electronic check. She had applied for a payday loan (which thank GOD she decided against) and that was how they got her account information. I did a search on this site and came up with a posting that had a link to go to for a refund from these people. She filled out the form and got a response saying that she would have a refund check within 10 days. Now hopefully she will get her money back. I have found out that everprivatecard and secretcashcard are one in the same. I don't know much about the laws that go along with this sort of thing, but it seems to be these people could at the very least send an email asking that you confirm that you did want the card. But then again, I also realize we aren't dealing with people who are much for doing the right thing. Just putting my two cents worth in. Don't forget to also inform your bank that you don't want any more withdraws taken out by this place, it might just keep happening.
