If you search both of those here, you will see where a lot of people have had this done to them! It seems that this happens and no one has any idea about these companies until they take the money from their account.

I'd file a complaint with your attorney general and/or your state's banking/finance/lending/whateveritscalledinyourstate agency, too.

There is a thread on this board titled "secret cash card-the final word" that I believe has a website address for you to seek a refund. If this happened as a result of looking for payday loans, take your above referenced incident as a foreshadowing of things to come if you do obtain a PDL.

They are the same, and another name is everprivatecard. The website you can go to to request a refund is either everprivatecardservice.com or secretcashcardservice.com
