Hi i just opened a checking account two days ago and the bank called me to day to say that some one had withdrawed 49.95 out of it. i teel you what if they do not put the money back in to my account i am going contact the police and report them this is a bunch of bull sh*t. I want my money and i ant it back know.

YOu should file a fraud report...this sounds like the work of everprivatecard.com
You can go to their website and file a dispute but it will probably get your money quicker if you go directly to your bank and tell them this is an unauthorized debit and fill out the papers to get it reversed...

Once they agree to a refund it takes about two weeks and you will get a check in the mail. It is where you have applied for a payday loan and there is a box marked yes to their service. I did the same thing.
