Help with MYCASHNOW stole my identity!!

Help I had my identity stolen online, and now a company called MYCASHNOW or credit protection depot, not sure, is debiting hundreds of dollars out of my bank account, I had to close my account to keep them away. I don't know where they came from or how the managed to get my account numbers. I had a fraud alert last year put on all my accounts. my information was sold last year to a unnamed source.I have contacted a attorney, and the Attorney General for the state of TN, also consumer affairs. I tried to speak with the credit protection depot, they were nasty and very unhelpful, they threated to take my to court and I am horrified. Please help.
