As SoapLady said this is identity theft. It is illegal alert the credit bureaus in writing, you can call them first if you'd like. Also, report it to the police as this is a CRIME!

Even though they're paying the bills that is no excuse to allow someone to violate the law.

File the police report first. These people will be arrested. When you file your identity theft complaint with the bureaus, include a copy of the police report.

There's no point in waiting as this is not going anywhere. You should file your identity theft complaint immediately. Your debt ratio has already been affected and before it goes for the worst, you must take necessary steps. Getting a copy of the police report should be a priority.
