Petition to make Pay Day Loans illegal in the State of Idaho

Myself and My Attorney Steve Hiett and many many others have signed a petition that will be going before the state trying to make Payday loans illegal in the state of idaho. Store Front and Internet.....It is outrageous what these people are doing and they really need to be stopped. Its one thing to loan people money and charged them interest its quite another to charge them over 300% interest annually.......................These companies are no different than loan sharks, they are mafia driven and they have a mafia mind set. I am sure not all of them are like this, but 99% of them are. I am almost out of the PDL Trap that I got myself in but these companies were more than willing to add to by delimna and help me dig a deeper hole.

While you are filing a case with your attorney, make copies of all your proof mentioning that the companies have violated the laws. If the state legislature does not put a ban on the loans, they should at least put some interest caps and on the permissible rates and fees. Hope that you will get positive results in this case.
