Credit mess

I am 37 live in Illinois decided to switch roles with my ex-husband and allow our boys to live with him because I am a sales rep who works various hours and travels and I thought it would be in the best interest of the boys to live with dad for purley daycare reasons only. With that being said I now am paying child support which i should, I also am paying a additional $400.00 a month on top of the support to their dad who is more than gainfully employeed and is a union electrician in Chicago.
Once rent is paid, and support, there is little left over. I am in a credit mess. I got into trouble with these PDL's. I did not realise that the fees are just to keep the loan and you are not actually paying off the loan. So now I am in trouble and am living each month choosing 1 bill at a time to pay while the other ones are piling up!
Life just can not suck this much! :oops: I make good money and it all goes to my ex husband and rent! and also now to these PDLs. I am going to the bank today and closing the account!

Perhaps, you can lower down the present payment structure using a debt consolidation program. This plan will offer you the payments at lower interest rates. Most of the fees are also waived off bringing down the total balance.
Pdls are no help. They only suck. Who are the lenders? And what state are you in? Have you checked the laws and confirm if the charges are done in the legal way? Most of them are famous for running their business illegally by charging excessive interest rates and fees.
