I had a loan with apple it is now paid off just wondering if anyone else has dealt with them and if anyone has received a refund??

living a payday loan free life in Illinois!!!

I have a loan out from them, I think that they owe me money, but "Marcus" was very nasty on the phone when he called me the other day, especially after I told him that Apple owed me money and they would not get another dime out of me until the sent me debt validation. I also told him that I had reported the company to the FTC, the Ohio ag's office and that I ws contacting the local and national news people. I told him that I may even call America's Most Wanted. He said something very vulgar and slammed the phone done. OH Well

I dealt with Apple..They were the first PDL I paid off last year, and they were my favorite. They were always patient and didn't demand I use western union. Lol, they must've liked me or something, because everyone else I've ever come across who dealt with them had nothing but grief from them.

I am fuming!! "Marcus" from apple called me - again! When I asked him to send me a dv he asked me why I was afraid to pay my debt. I asked him why he was afraid to send me a dv. He got hostile! I told him that the next time he called I would be recording the conversation and forwarding it to the ag's office - he seems to think that he is above the law and doesn't have to follow the laws in Ohio - what is wrong with these people are they insane? If theywere speeding in another state they would have to follow the rules.

I just had an e-mail from a David Blivens informing me that they do not have to follow the Ohio Revised Codes because they are in Delaware. (YA RIGHT!) Well anyway he informed me that since I have already paid them $487.74 that they would mark my account at 0.00. He said that since I was such a good customer! But that I would get no refund because I have several pdls out. What a crock! I did reply that I would like a dv and any money that I overpaid refunded. Also that I was copying the ag's office in Ohio and in Delaware of this blatent disregard for the laws.

This David Blivens e-mailed me. About the time that I signed up here I e-mailed Kimberlydavis(at)aplecorp.com
(I had an e-mail from her regarding my bill) with the information from the ag's office, and a copy of the complaint that I filed with that office and with the FTC. This guy e-mailed me back, but he said that a certified letter was sent out to me.

I just had a phone call from David Blivens - appologizing for the phone calls from Marcus and asking what he can do to resolve the problem. He is sending me the cost of the overdraft from today and the dv papers. I am not sure about a refund. He seemed quite upset that I filed a complaint with the Delaware's ag office - I wonder why?

Irish, David Blevins is the president of the company. They are licensed in Deleware. Thats probably why he was so upset. Good Going Girl!!!! KYSIDE38

I would first go to http://www.paydayloaninfo.org and look up your state laws. Pay the principal and what your state allows in interest. Contact your Attorney Generals office consumer division and file a complaint against this company. These types of interest rates are not allowed in many states. Without the complaints the AG can do nothing. Best Wishes KYSIDE38
