I have heard that you can make more payments if you make biweekly payments instead of paying once every month. Can you please explain how

Yes, if you make biweekly payments, that is, making payment every 2 weeks, then all total in a year you will make 13 payments. Because, there are 52 weeks in a year, and bi weekly payments mean 26 half payments.
So, instead of making 12 payments in a year, it will become 13 payments in a year. It will help you to repay a loan early.

Hey Larrycard! Yes, you have heard it right!
Making biweekly payments will help you to pay off your debt faster. Mabelle Page has explained correctly why biweekly payments are better than monthly payments!
However, opt for biweekly payments if you are having a steady income. Otherwise, missing payments can increase your debt burden!
