I guess they want people to try it. I know a few weeks ago they were giving out a free piece of the grilled chicken. I missed that one a day later. There are no extra fees by using the coupon.

KFC is not honoring the coupons anymore. You can go to your local KFC, hand in your coupon, and then fill out a form and they will send you ANOTHER coupon at a later time... basically, no one's getting their free chicken anymore. Bummer!

I just happened to go to KFC, not knowing anything about these coupons. There was a lady in front of me who had one and was arguing why they wouldn't take it. The manager told her that too many people were making copies and trying to get "extra" free chicken. That's why they are having you fill out a form and they'll mail you a real coupon -- that way they won't send coupons to people who already got one.

People will do anything for free chicken. I heard some people talking about it and calling it the Chicken Riots of 2009. But really, what did they expect by making free chicken coupons available over the internet? There's a reason most stores no longer except internet "FREE" coupons for stuff.
