When working on my budget what percentage should I keep for credit card payments?

It should not be more than 10-15% of your cc payment

Really cannot answer that without knowing how much you owe and what your payments are.

Soaplady is correct. That is a difficult question to answer as financial budgets are different on a individual basis. There isn't a set formula as to what percentage to put away towards your creditcard debt.

You need to take in consideration what your net amount of income is in versus to your fixed living expenses.

Based upon the amount of disposable income that you have left over once you are done paying for your fixed living expenses is what you have left over to pay on your creditcard debt.

I hope I was able to answer your question. If in need of a free financial analysis, please feel free to contact me.
