Will I be sued for car accident where no injuries have taken place Let me include I am having car insurance




Were you at fault?

Unless there was negligence, I dont see any reason why you would be sued. That is what insurance is for.

No on the contrary it was his fault but injuries.

since it was not your fault and that there were no injuries , don't think you will get sued for that. moreover its very expensive as well

Did the other party, who was at fault, have insurance? If not, your insurance will have to pay for the damages to your car and, if you have a deductible, you'll have to pay that. If the other person is at fault, why are you worried?
