Anthony Galloway shows up on caller Id unknown number

I got zapped by Jennifer from Anthony Galloway & Associates on a payday loan that I already have payment arrangements in writing with. I was very cool. (Much to my surprise) :). Anyway, when Jennifer got done with her speel that at 3:00 pm I wouldbe arrested and my kids taken away, I asked her, Are you the same Jennifer from Ellis Crosby that called in August? She stated no! Funny thing is, she used the same last name as before. I reminded her that the conversation was being recorded and she said she wasn't breaking any laws and I said oh okay. She stated to have our attorney at the county jail waiting for me to arrive. I said hold on one second, I got on my cell phone and called the sheriffs department and requested an officer to come to my home because I was being harassed by a collection agency. The dispatcher stated one would be repsponding shortly. I then got back on the phone to Jennifer and said How is Ted Crosby doing in all his legal troubles? Click dead air. The officer responded, took the taped conversation and a statement and called Jennifer back and stated that charges would be filed against her and the company she is representing. He stated to me not to worry about them. I have contacted the Attorney General in Florida and they are sending me a affidavit to fill out and have notarized and include a copy of police report and recorded conversation. If they keep this up, Ellis's people will have to find new jobs again real soon. They aren't very bright when they use the same names they used before.

I just thank god that I got the payment arrangement in writing and signed.
