Jacobi & Mayors Called Me AGAIN!!!

I just received a call at work from Sam Cobbs at Jacobi & Mayors. I told him in a very direct and firm manner that I've filed complaints against him and his company with the FTC, BBB, and Attorney General in Wyoming. He started trying to talk over me by saying he was going to "conference in" Platinum B. I told him don't bother because I've already spoken with them at length and found out they are not authorized to collect for them. He got really nasty with me and said I was being uncooperative and he was going to file some note saying such. I told him go ahead because I've spoken to my attorney about all of this. As soon as I said that, he hung up on me. Whereas before his call made me nervous, now I'm so angry I can't even see straight! I also let him know I'm onto his scam through IWCB. That seemed to make him even angrier. Has anyone else had to deal with this piece of work?

Have you talked with Platinum B? How did they respond?

As per the feedbacks from the other forum members, it appears that Jacobi & Meyers is associated with Ellis Crosby. So be careful of that.

Hi Stan,

Yes it was a continuation. I put together the cease and desist letters to be sent out tomorrow. I'm hoping I won't hear from them any longer. I can't believe what they think they can get away with, especially on a loan that was already paid back. :roll:

People continuously amaze me.

I know what you mean exactly. I have had a recent problem with a place called SonicPayday that has been so nasty that I am thinking about paying nothing at all without a written court order to do so.

Sonic has been showing their true colors as of late. Please file complaints against them with the Attorney General in your state as well as in Pennsylvania, Delaware. Also file complaints with the FTC and the BBB. Glen, remember you have right too and enforce your rights. There is alot of people in this forum who has went battle royale with them. Don't take what Sonic has to dish out. Please read some of the postings here in the forums about Sonic and you will have a clearer picture of who they are.
