I've checked and re-checked. It is say 0% full, but I am still not getting messages. It's frustrating because I need some information regarding pdls that some of the mods are kind enough to share. :(

I noticed in the system you have registered twice in the website. The second one was for the counseling call and that might be the reason your PMs are not delivering. I will ask my technical team to fix it asap
