Sad and little confused

I had called the 800 number posted on the front of the forum because I needed debt consolidation advice. My phone call and speaking with a CSR generated a new registration email and new password. So when I logged in after the call, it would not let me access my old account with my old password, and as a result, I've lost all my points too! :shock:
