Hi. I have three payday loans currently out. They are as follows

Speedy Cash $500
Ace cash express $500
Check intoCash (loans by phone) $300

They are all internet payday loans. I haven't had my account debited yet for repayment, but know that I won't have the money to pay back all loans in full on the day that my paycheck hits my bank. I'm not sure what the laws are in Kansas. Is there an option for a payment plan for the loans, do I contact the companies directly to ask them this? I'm just not sure what to do to get them repaid without my account getting too many overdraft fees. I'm positive that if I have about 3 weeks extra time that I can pay the loans in full.

Thanks for all advice!

Lending of pdl is legal in the state of Kansas. You can get information from the Office of the State Bank Commissioner whether or not pdl companies from where you have taken the loans are licensed to operate in your state. If they are licensed, then you will be responsible for both the principal amount and interest. Otherwise you are required to pay only the principal amount. If your financial condition doesn???t permit you to repay the debt in full, then you can negotiate with your lenders. You may try to arrange a better repayment plan with them on your own. If it is not possible for you to negotiate yourself, then you may get help from a reliable debt relief company. To know more about state pdl laws, glance through the following link:
